Customers can apply for an exchange of their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
“RETURN” is only available if the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product was delivered. Minor misprints & stitching issues are subject to exchange and not return. For placing RETURN please provide necessary evidence like a video recording for authentication WITHIN 24hrs of delivery. (parcel opening video is recommended).
NOTE – There is no “return” or “refund” available for the “END OF SEASON SALE” category. However, replacements are available and subject to availability.
For exchange, the product will only be exchanged in the same product as purchased with a difference of 1 size. To exchange in the different categories the rights are solely reserved for us.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse exchange where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.
Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange is possible or not.
Self-Ship: For shelf shipping, you have to inform us in advance and after our approval, you can shelf ship. Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order. you can opt for any shipping you are comfortable with. Self-ship is the recommended method for exchange as its quicker than reverse pickups.
For reverse pickups, a minimal fee of 99Rs will be charged. REVERSE PICKUPS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY DEPENDING UPON THE COURIER COMPANY & PINCODES. It takes 1-2 working days to pick up the order and 5-7 working days to reach us. After the quality check it will take another 4-6 working days to reach you.
